By default, our necklaces will come with an 18 inches chain. If you need a different size chain, please make sure to let us know when you order and we will be in touch with you about the chain. To get the best size for you, please measure your neck with a seamstress tape measurer or string to where it is ideal or comfortable, and measure to the nearest inch.
Rings come in different sizes, for every ring, we have the different sizes available in the option section both is US and European sizes. If your ring size is not available, please send us your ring size or the measures of your finger and we will prepare the ring for you. This might take longer time when we have to produce a ring especially for you.
GOLD / STERLING SILVER ITEMS
- These items can be in contact with water. To clean them, wash with lukewarm water and unscented soap.
- If your jewelry is getting dull, polish it up with a polishing cloth
- Before you store items, wipe down with a cloth and store in a sealed bag.
GOLD PLATED / SILVER PLATED ITEMS
- Do not wear it to the shower, pool, or gym, etc., as sweat/water will damage the tarnish resistant outer coat. Don't let chemicals sit on your necklace.
- When finished wearing, wipe down with cloth and place in sealed bag to prevent tarnishing.
ROMAN GLASS ITEMS
- Do not wear it to the shower, pool, or gym, etc., as sweat/water will damage the Roman Glass outer coat. Don't let chemicals sit on your necklace.
Custom and taxes
Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, so it is hard to predict. Although most packages go through without any charges, there are some that may incur charges, these packages may be held in custom until you pay the charge.
Please note that we have no control over how your country charges duty. Please find out about your country’s customs and duty policies if you’re concerned. If charges incur, we are not responsible for them
For our US buyers, some states inside the US will charge sales tax. In such case,we usually adds the tax to the price and is responsible to transfer the taxes charged to the authorities (prices published do not include any kind of sales tax).
For Israeli buyers, VAT is not included in the prices published. VAT will be added at checkout if you are buying from Israel.
Custom and personalized orders
Some of our items can be customized as per your request. Please refer to the item description to see if it can be customized and contact us with details
Return and exchange policy
RETURNS: We accept returns for unworn jewelry with all original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, except for personalized jewelry + bracelets or items on sale.
EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges for unworn jewelry within 21 days of the delivery date, except for personalized jewelry + bracelets or items on sale.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please contact us if you need to return/exchange something within 14 days of delivery - do not just send it back to us without contacting us first.
There is no return or exchange on food products.
We offer free shipping for purchases over 50 US$ (not including food items under the "Flavors of Israel" category, these will ship with paid shipping by weight). When you buy from our cheaper collection of items, it is recommended to get 2-3 items together so you can reach the 35 US$ and get the free shipping.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually, it will be between 2-3 business days, unless it is a personalized order which will take more processing time.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them due to problems with post all over the world.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
